Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
The item must be returned in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Please note that certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

Final sale or clearance items
Gift cards
Personalized or custom-made products
Items damaged due to misuse

How to Request a Return

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to personal reasons (change of mind, wrong size, etc.), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our mistake.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent. If you need an exchange, please contact us.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, if the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
